The Sickbay

B'Elanna: I snorted. "His reflexes aren't that good,"

Chakotay: "I wasn't exactly looking at you," I reminded her before walking out of sickbay.

B'Elanna: I rolled my eyes and followed him. "Thanks, Doc,"

Tom: I walked into Sickbay.

The Doctor: "Ah, late as usual."

Tom: "By a few seconds, if that. If you call that late, I'd hate to see how you react to your other patients. Hardly the kind and nurturing physician you were seven years ago."

B'Elanna: I rolled my eyes. "Let's just... get this over with?"

The Doctor: "Of course," I agreed as I started normal procedures.

B'Elanna: I waited as patiently as possible. "So...?"

The Doctor: "Everything is perfectly normal. You may go."

Tom: "Busy today, Doc?"

The Doctor: "Yes, I am. I am working on a few small things for the Captain that should effectively consume my entire day, Lieutenant."

B'Elanna: "Thanks, Doc." I nodded, smiling a little, before walking to the door.

Tom: I followed her to the door, "Now what?"

B'Elanna: "I... am going to go to the Bridge..." I said as I heard the announcement. "I'll see you later,"

Tom: "Wait!" I said, grabbing her arm, "What is that supposed to mean? 'Maquis Officers'? That makes it sound like there is some sort of mutiny going on!"

B'Elanna: "It's nothing." I said, shaking his arm off, and heading to the Bridge.

Tom: I followed B'Elanna.

Suder: I walked into Sickbay. I saw the Doctor's mobile emitter sitting on a nearby table. I walked over to it and picked it up, carefully hiding it behind my back as the Doctor looked over at me.

The Doctor: "Is there something you need, Mister Suder?"

Suder: "No, Doc. I just wanted to see if you were busy. I...was looking for...Commander Chakotay. He's not here, so I'll be going now." I shook my head before walking out of Sickbay.
